Recently, the General Office of Shanghai Municipal People's Government issued the Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Innovation and Development of Intelligent Connected Vehicles in Shanghai. The plan points out that by 2025, the city will initially establish a domestic leading innovation and development system for intelligent connected vehicles. The industry scale is striving to reach 500 billion yuan. Cars with combined driving assistance function (L2 level) and conditional autonomous driving function (L3 level) account for more than 70% of new car production.
