Transmission Test Equipment

The transmission end-of-line test bench performs loaded EOL testing and integrates an NVH test system. It simulates transmission operation under specified loads, speeds, and gear positions to evaluate performance and enable early fault diagnosis. It is suitable for EOL testing of transmissions used in new energy and hybrid powertrains.

High-precision servo positioning system; repeat positioning accuracy: ≤0.02 mm.

Regenerative energy control solution for recycling electrical energy within the system

Optimized vibration isolation and noise reduction design; test bench operating noise: ≤75 dB(A).

Scalable and highly flexible, supporting rapid changeover and testing of multiple models

Host computer and NVH system for test data review and NVH evaluation, respectively

Automatic clamping with an adjustable mechanism center distance to accommodate different DUT models.

NI real-time control module and high-precision motor drive controller for accurate motor control and high-speed real-time data acquisition

One-piece welded or cast base; shaft-system components achieve dynamic balance quality grade G2.5; all bases and drive shafts undergo FEA strength verification and resonance analysis.
